When will I receive my ticket?

This depends on your chosen method of payment.
With credit card payments, PayPal, or by invoice, the tickets will be directly sent to you after the order is placed.
When payment is made by transfer, the tickets will be sent after the payment is received. When paying by transfer, please make sure that you use the invoice number included in the statement. This will allow us to process the purchase correctly and send the tickets as quickly as possible.

How will I receive my ticket?

E-Tickets will be sent as a PDF file per email. Paper tickets will be sent per mail. The following costs for attendees are associated with paper tickets:

  • Paper tickets by mail (Germany) (per order) 3,90€
  • Paper tickets by mail (EU) (per order) 4,90€
  • It is not possible to mail paper tickets outside of the EU. In rare cases, the organizer may have to send the tickets his or herself.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please click on the following link: Delete Account
Please Note: Your account will be completely and irreversibly deleted, including all events, photos, and data.

How can I cancel my ticket?

It generally depends on whether or not the organizer allows cancellation for a particular event. If you wish to make a cancellation, please use the cancellation link found in your order confirmation email.
If a cancellation is possible, you will receive your money within 7 to 10 days after cancellation.
Please Note: There is usually a charge up to the amount of 5,95€ for cancellation.  In exceptional cases, the organizer bares the fee.

Is my ticket transferable?

Tickets without personal data are transferable.
Tickets with personal data (e.g. with your name) and registration confirmations are not generally transferable. In such a case, the organizer must be contracted as a change of personal data can only take place by his or her order. 
However, the organizer can activate a transfer of personal tickets and registration confirmations. Participation in the event is then transferred to another person.

Can the form of payment be changed after the order has been placed?

No, the form of payment cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How can I change my amiando login data?

If you forget your password, please click on the link “Forgot Password?” under the login field and type in your email address. A new password will be generated and sent to your email. If you happen to make a typing error in the email address, please send an email to support@amiando.com. The support team will then contact you.
